How do you install memories of the zone mod?

Ive been trying to install this mod for hours now, could someone please lend a helping hand to a ♥♥♥♥♥♥?

I've tried this it never worked, it just says," the folder "C:\Users\featu\Desktop\STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl\bin_x64" specified in the Start In box is not valid. Make sure that the folder exists and that the path is correct." idk how to fix

and i get a fatal error when i redirect it the correct way, why is it so hard to install?
