As others have stated, console command cheat codes don't work for the vanilla base game for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. SoC.

There are mods that allow you to "cheat" in a manner of speaking by adjusting and tweaking the vanilla game. Mods like Zone Reclamation Project (ZRP) for instance. Although, ZRP is mainly used as a community bug fix that the official patches didn't address, it also allows one to adjust the vanilla game if they choose to do so like "dumbing down" enemy accuracy and damage and increasing the "Marked One's" damage and accuracy for example. And on the flip size, one can tweak the game to make it harder using ZRP as well.

But long story short, what you are looking for, and I'll preface this by saying I've never used it so no idea if it works or not, ZRP can possibly give you. I know ZRP has the ability for you to spawn in an invulnerability artifact in debug mode which essentially is "god mode." There is also a way to teleport using ZRP, but I've never used it either.
