Save mole... but mole is dead.
So in the mission, I had to save mole. So I killed everybody I saw then mole died. The mission is still in progress. How to proceed?

Search his body. Actually search everyone's body & take their weapons & unload them.

I should add, once you go underground come out of the other, military camp end. It's maybe the only way to break the quest line if you don't do it.

Play the level again. And learn how to distinguish soldiers and stalkers. Or try to find your own way, killing everyone on your way. That is possible, but has no concern to STALKER
