though if you're going through radar to pripyat then you should've received that psy helmet from sakarov from the main questlines
Radar is called Red Forest in the PDA map, and where the forest would be, instead there would be massive trash heaps like the real Red Forest in prototypes for the game, however it would seem Radar being in the Red Forest was retconned by the Red Forest map in CS, either way both names are valid.

You know, we always have a translation problems. Russians translate "Expanse" as "Space" and "Vice" as "Welcome to paradise"
Uhh, thats a fanmade map, what even are you on about? it even has some (multiplayer?) locations which arent exactly canon in the traditional sense to the game and while its based on geographically accurate maps of the real zone to judge placement a tad bit (like Zaton to CNPP and Pripyat) it massively conflicts with every ingame map in the series.
Im aware of all the translation issues for the series because GSC kept giving the International/English Translators outdated scripts to be translated, which lead to the aformentioned Red Forest = Radar thing as thats cut content.
