Arena round 5 literally impossible

Hi.
It's my first time playing Stalker and I just got to the arena. The first few round were easy as cake but now I've hit a hard roadblock. Round 5 is practically impossible. I've unloaded entire mags on these brutes but they don't go down, and if I take just a slight drizzle of lead I'm dead. I'm on the Stalker difficulty. I'm not looking for cheats or anything of the sort, I just want to know if I'm doing anything wrong. I'm shooting at their torsos because I don't think sharp shooting is really gonna help me here, since taking just one shot from them has me using my only healing items. Is this supposed to be this hard?

i dont remenber what arena 5 is but aim at their HEAD...

or maybe i do remenber what i remenber what arena 5 is and its you vs 2 guys in exo or armored suit and they probably give you a rifle with some anti-armor ammo...

Yes that's what they give you and you're up against. I'll see if aiming at their head helps but in all honesty I doubt my own skill.

Yes that's what they give you and you're up against. I'll see if aiming at their head helps but in all honesty I doubt my own skill.

I feel stupid now, aiming for the head was the solution. I guess the guns innacuracy and the ♥♥♥♥ iron sights threw me off. Thanks.

Headshots are pretty important in stalker. Its the difference between 30 torso rounds or 2-3 to the head for most guns.

Sorry to be a necro, but I've also found a way to kill them. First Dodge their bullets. Stalker AI isn't the best so if you run in a"unu" way you'll dodge. (unu referes to running in the shape of these letters). Make sure that the two are seperated from each other so that they can't give support. Then, when they are reloading, take your knife out and stab them!
Your knife is very powerful!
This might take some tries, but it's way better and easier in my experience then trying to shoot them!
