Radiation Suit? Where?

I finally reached the bar and was given the quest in the east to reach the Dark Valley.

But to survive that area, I need a radiation suit. How/where do I get one?

You don't, run past the radiation and drink a vodka afterwards.

There might be a safe way around, but if not, your best shot is to use Vodka / Antirads after you run past radiation field. You won't find good anti-rad / anomaly suit until Yantar I think.

*But by this point, when you were in the Agroprom underground, you should have some anti-rads artefacts which also helps you alot.

Yeah, the radiation there is quite overkill. You can also get instant-rad when trying to reach border area. Tunnel next to the point to Agroprom is also brutal.

Just get lots of Fireballs and some Sparklers to offset the endurance hit. Both available in Wild Territory,

You get no radiation if you stick to the right side of the tunnel. Just letting you know.

Go in the direction of the wild zone where you will help an ecologist from the Mercs. (You will approach and get greetd by gunmen on a platform. Go beyond that, after you complete the mission and lead him through the "tunnel of fire" he will give you an Eco suit that has 90% radiation protection. Collect all artifacts on the way there to sell to the scientist merchant who pays full price for em!
