"Stutter near Fire" Solved
For all those who have Stutter near Fire in "Stalker - Shadow of Chernobyl", when dynamic Lighting is activated, here is the solution:

The problem is the "ingame fullscreen mode". If you deactivate the "ingame fullscreen mode", then the stutter disappears. But you have a visible border unfortunately. So download the simple software "Borderless Gaming". Then the "windowed mode" will look like in full screen and the stutter are gone.

Sorry for my english....

And now, good hunting Stalker.

Also, another way to fix the stutter (well it works for me anyway) i like to play with Vsync on but i enable it through the nvidia control panel and you want to also enable "Maximum pre-rendered frames" set to "1" in the "manage 3D settings" on the specific game . I think by default its "2". This fixed the fire stutter for me in game

Thanks a lot, that did the trick but only with Fast Sync enabled. Using the "Force On" didnt change anything. Might have to use NVidia Profile Inspector to get that option, dont remember. Glad you posted it as other option(s) were unacceptable.

I know this is an old post, but as it is still #1 result for Google, I thought I'd update it a little. In my Nvidia drivers package, there is no longer a "Maximum pre-rendered frames" setting. The equivalent setting is: Low Latency mode: Ultra. Thank you to all those that helped figure this out.

I can also confirm this worked.
I turned on vsync and set Low Latency mode to Ultra using the nvidia control panel
I left the game at full screen.

Shout outs to the low latency chads out there fixing dynamic lighting to this very day.

thank you for the help. Ultra setting did not work for me. I had to set low latency to just "on" to fix it.
Disabling 60hz in the options fixed it for me. Vsync on at 120fps and the stutters are just gone, same for clear sky.
