Have you tried limiting the fps with v-sync?

Yeah. I use ENB with SHOC and my old Kepler GPU got up to 80°c within 10 minutes. Also other shader mods, ie Dynamic Shaders, ENB, ect will make this GPU heat up much hotter in Stalker than any other title released in recent years.

Do you think I should Change the dynamic lighting to a different setting ?

That doesn't sound too good. Check if everything is connected properly in your cooling area and also make sure there is a proper air flow in your case.

So the temperatures got fixed with that? And what did you mean with "getting 1300 and dropped to 500"?

my frames went from 1300 to about 500 but yes the temperature only gets to about 59 degrees now

with v-sync the frames should be even less than 500 fps, unless you've got a 500Hz monitor, which isn't available in the consumer market. try limiting fps to your monitor's refresh rate (most commonly 60Hz) with an external program like MSI afterburner.
