[Lost Alpha DC] I killed Prog. Kruglov, main quest is stuck?

I accidently killed Prof. Kruglov outside his shed in Yantar (all the guards were marked red and I got kind of overexcited). Now I have to do the "Meet with Kruglob" quest from the main quest line, and the marker it where his body lies, and when I got to him, the marker disapeared but the quest didn't advance. It looks like the game is unwinnalbe now and I have no saves before the unfortunate incident (it happened long before I had to meet him). Is there any way to make the main quest line work again, or even resurrect dead NPCs by console command or something?

Best bet would be to, go to ModDb and ask there. Lots of dedicated fans for LA there and they could tell you more, faster. desowave's there most of the time to help with the game.

this is why ya need to make manual backup saves and quicksaves often as you make progress
