Where is the bunker in the brain scrocher?

Trying to do the brain scorcher. I forgot about the bunker and noticed that if i get close to the antenne themself i simply die from radiation so i assume you need to go in the bunker and turn it down from under (no other altenative)

Enter to the bunker marked at your map. You need to find train wagon half inside the tunnel. Enter wagon and go through tunnel.

Is it gaurded by 8 or more nppcs?

2-3 Monolith fighters inside tunnel and about 5 near train wagon, they usually sit around the campfire if they don't aware about you.

I just found a bridge when an area under it. And then i was attacked and killed them.
