Autumn Aurora wtih Windows 10?
I can't get Autumn Aurora to launch for me. I've disabled the steam overlay, deleted the dll file, changed it's name, reinstalled the game and the mod about 10 times now. It WILL not launch.

If I install it without the ENB I get this error message: "The procedure entry point Create DXGIFactory2 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\System32\d3d11.dll."

And if I install it with the ENB I get the standard .exe has stopped working crash immediately on startup.

I'm lost, I've tried every solution that I have read online and came up with nothing.

Ok here's what I did to fix it:
Firstly, reinstall your Shadow of Chernobyl game. When it finished downloading, boot it up and make sure you are running 1.0006. I'm pretty sure Steam installs this version. Afterwards, go to your settings and set your lighting options to Static Lighting. After you do that, create a new game and run around for a couple seconds before quitting to desktop.

Now install Autumn Aurora and make sure that you select static lighting in the install options.

Are you still running with the ENB?

For me, I got the same issue but I can't remember what I did to fix it, but basically, I have tested it without enb by removing enb files from all folders. Then I put d3d9.dll from stalker's enb binary wrapper version in the folder where XRA_3DA.exe located, then place all the preset files in the root folder of the stalker game folder(outside bin folder). And in enbseries.ini, change proxylibrary to d3d9_smaa.dll, you should have one with the preset files. It should works, but if you get into the game, it will still have very bad performance after 1 minute due to windows 10 incompatiable with enb.

Make sure you are NOT running steam in admin mode!! Admin mode and autumn aurora don't work together. That means no Steam overlay (screenshots) aswell. Stick to installation prozess in the mod readme and you're fine.

it works for me on W10
I get the error but I can get it to launch if i click OK on the error a few times, starting a new game works fine too. Though it crashes after a few min, any idea how to fix?

EDIT: FIXED! Here is how I did it, I changed the text to true to get mod working, uninstalled mod through program and features, then reinstalled it as i did the first time. Didn't get error upon launching after. Will report on progress if i get a crash after this.

What do you mean by changed the text to true? I'll go ahead and install it that way.

It's sorta like the archive validation you have to do for bethsda games, i can't remember the exact details. I'd recommend googling mod stalker the guides should bring that up first.
