Report a translation problem
but no....Dartling Gun is not desinged to be locked or automaticly aim....but still you can do it somehow in game by hovering your mouse away from your side of the screen while your Dartling Gun is aiming at the direction you want or moving it to send bloons section (as I remember something like that)
its not perfect but its something
On PC if you click the Dartling Gunner, then aim with the mouse wherever you want his target point to be and press the TAB key it will switch to locked aim.
