Completely Useless Champions on the Realm?

Why they added such champions like Caspian, Rei, Saati, Kasumi? I almost never see them in my matches(played plenty of them recently) and they feel super weak. I always win easily if someone picks one of them(pretty rare tho). Are they just another failure of hirez or am i missing something out?

From what I know Caspian is considered to be one of the strongest flanks. He will get a few nerfs next patch

Are you sure about that? I heard from few players that Caspian was broken so they nerfed him so he is not worth to pick now. I'm currently in diamond elo and nobody picked or banned Caspian over 50 games.

Rei, is one of strongest pocket healing supports in game and amazing dmg support. Caspian... Wait till You find realy good one, You will change Your mind.
He's is just far more demanding than rest of flanks and more fun in my opinion.
Saati was over nerfed, but still its decent pick with proper build.
Kasumi... Agree she was trashed last patch and feels like garbo to play and upcoming patch will make Her even more garbo.
My pick for useless champion would be either Kasumi or Nyx, m1 feels like mosquito farts, most of Her LC are garbo, beside last one that makes flank life hell. Her skills are confusing for player using her and ult is trash, that most of times You can just walk out of it. Lol
I would say that only thing positive about her, is her huge cleavage.

Vikv is one of the best, strongest and most consistent DMG dealers in a game, she's just boring to play for some people. I like some good old neverending ammo :)

Rei is busted and has the ability to fully charge team ult in like 2 minutes, way faster if you just focus 1 team mate. She can even give 7% ult charge off spawn iirc if you put spirit link on someone just before you mount up. Not to mention her instant heal ult, great damage, good healing (now that they fixed it), and great support cards if you communicate well with your team. I hated her at first, but she's great once you figure out how to play her.

Caspian has this magical ability to either be useless or somehow solo wipe the enemy team. I haven't played around with him so I have no idea how people do it, but I'm sure there's a video for it.

Kasumi got nerfed into the ground and Saati is meh. Every match I've seen her in it feels like she does nothing, yet she has some of the highest damage. So I don't know what to think of her.

I didn't know Rei's kit was that good. I never saw any Rei using her ult. They usually say: "im waiting for perfect moment dw". Saati is basically an immobile andro i guess.

Yeah, that's usually what happens with Rei. Her ult is great, but people either sit on it or the person they were saving it for died before they had the chance to use it, so they just waste it. She works well with a second support, that way she can pocket for her preferred teammate.

Depends on how you play each champion but worst champions? I would say imo Corvus and sha Lin

I find Skye to be the worst character in the game. She's an out-dated flank who keeps getting nerfed, no mobility, close ranged, and can still get stomped on even if the enemy team doesn't have illuminate. However, you can make her good to be effective if you master her kit without feeding with self-heals and movement speeds items and cards. In result you can still carry even if the whole enemy team went illuminate. More illuminates you see on the enemy means how effective you are as a Skye player.

Sati is good if you *can* land all you shots on head.

the reason you wont see her bc
1- they nerfed her that cardboard talent.
2- she isn't good like other DPS against a tank, it's better to pick.
3- she doesn't offer brust-comb liek cassie and lian
