Koga these days

How's he doin? i remember him getting nerfed last update, but at the same time his Blood reaper is getting some good looking buffs in the next one. What's great about him and what's less great atm?

He's one of the worst champs right now. I liked Junkie in casual lobbies with a pocket support but I always felt like he was a hair away from being unplayable. Since the nerf, that talent is truly garbage.

I don't see anyone doing well with Fangs anymore unless the opponents are complete noobs who don't buy caut.

I have not tried the new Reaper, though on paper it sounds like it would be situational. Maybe on Jag with some coordination.

koga is in bad state tbh
blood reaper : if enemy have someone like io - damba - grohk - grover , enemy can escape from your ult easily (but like 80% of champs can escape it , bad thing is kogas ult has no caut and if you want to apply caut on them and then ult , that freaking ult will take at least 2 second to start (while caut duration ends in 1.5) so your enemy (if they have goo healer like seris or solar blessing furia) they can avoid it easily.
adrenaline junkie : ehh , with a lot of nerfs - this talent isn't fun anymore , if you want to get good results with him with this talent , just invite your torvald-jenos-corvus mains friends and kindly ask them to pocket you (thats what MBOC told me tho) - in other words you need good pockets to get good stats as koga , he isn't andro or buck who you can go 1v5 with cd reset and no pocket.
dragon fangs : i use dragon fangs a lot and i can simply say you can counter this talent with hitscans - i mean , its impossible to kill a high mobility flying koga as someone like drogoz or pip or evie (unless you be a bech and go snow globe talent and kill him only with ult). if you want to counter this high mobility playstyle just pick someone like lian and go alacrity , while koga dragon fangs talent cost hp if you do the F + RMB + F combo (which doesn't require much brain) you can kill him easily , someone like shalin works too with sand trap talent with RMB + Q combo. but i bet hirez wants to nerf dragon fangs in next updates and maybe buff lian more?

Koga is hard to play as always(no changed to his base kit) but not worth to play in these days. Play a braindead champ like Lian or Zhin cuz they require literally no skill and pretty powerful in the current meta. Well, Lian still have 2 auto-aim abilities. Play Lian with grace leg if you wanna play as a flanker. Press to all buttons in a row(it doesn't matter just press in the way you want) and here is the dmg you dealt:
800(Q-large hitbox) + 400(F-auto aim) + 400(RMB-auto aim) = 1600 damage.
Only thing you should do for finishing off the target is landing 2 weapon shots with the laser gun. Literally the most pathetic champ in the game. Probably they added her to game for beginner players who don't like using hands. How can a champ design be that trash and not fun to play? I'm not kidding, even "pro scene" Lian gameplay is pressing the buttons randomly.

im glad hirez made a braindead champion for braindead players - looks like hirez really care about them , thats why she wont get a nerf and only buffs + skins everytime

Good job on the nerfs keep them coming, nerf everything until they are unplayable. Just like the coming Jenos nerf. Waiting for an alternative to this so we can move on.

There's a reason why that's done. If you buff everyone to the level of the meta characters, the TTK quickly escalates and the most broken characters become oppressive. Quick TTK works in games like Gears where all things are equal, but it's horrible in a game like this. Koga would be even worse in a low TTK scenario and burst champs would be the only way to go.

Since some of my previous comments that were correct got deleted and here mod is allowing these kids to spew nonsense and spread false misleading information is pretty neat.
