in the case of willo u can say that, she needs some time but andro, no way. andro will 2 shot u and u r dead, faster than maeve.

not burst: 350-350-350 damage in a second

semi-auto weapon has 0.5 sec per shoot, can't go any faster than that.

did not catch it what u r trying to say. maeve has knife travel time to throw time next after previous. but with andro headshot talent(which is most played talent of andro, almost everyone plays this and if u r in rank then no second thought) u can kill any champ with 2100 hp or below 2100 in one second, but with maeve u cant do that in one second. maeve does not have damage fall off but andro deals more damage in few second than maeve.
