Buying levels on champions?
I've had half a year break from paladins, and I decide to play the game again and I realized you can buy levels for a champion with gold. How does that make any sense, isn't levels supposed to show the experience you have with the champion? basically if you have♥♥♥♥♥♥loads of gold you can just level up a champion to like lvl 50 and look like you played the champion a lot. Did I like, miss something? Can someone explain why they added this? please

As a gold sink. People got tons of gold. There isn't anything to spend gold on.

Now... After lvl 30, you need 1 million xp to level up. 2,000 gold = 20,000 xp

100,000 gold=1 million xp

2,000,000 gold = 20 levels (50)

Pretty insane amount of gold to ♥♥♥♥♥ about buying lvls

It's not about that. I don't think you got my point. It's the fact you CAN buy experience for a champion wich literally makes no sense, does it make sense to you? I'm not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around, I'm just asking a question.

Like I got millions of gold. I can just get a lvl 2 champion up to lvl 40. Wow now I'm an experienced strix player, oh wait I only have 3 games on the champion. Like come on.
is there a level limit ?

Its a stupid and moronic mechanic indeed. But there are even worse things in the game right now.

It's because your available talents are now tied to the level of the Champion.

It doesn't make any sense, and it cheapens titles and mastery skins to cheap shadows of what they were supposed to represent. They created it as a gold sink, as many others have said, because after the disaster that was OB64 ("Cards Unbound"), they compensated people with a ton of gold and VIP points.

As far as I'm aware, no. I've seen people well over level 100 before.
Another question, there's like TP points for each champion I notcied on the leaderboard. How to you get them? Like there's so much new ♥♥♥♥ in this game I'm so confused

The lvl limite is 999. Why do you care though, lvls are cosmetic?

Levels are supposed to show how well experienced you are with a certain champion, isn't that kinda obvious to you? Now it doesn't
This game was like 20 times better 1 year ago, I miss it so bad.

play the champion 25 matches to show up on top 100 leaderboard if you did well, and you have to play the certain champ in ranked, you win you gain tp you lose you lose tp etc, it's like how old ranking system used to be when you had borders per champ instead of a profile rank,

I don't know if I've been out of the loop, but I don't think many people have been spending gold on champions, or else I'd be seeing a lot more level 50 champs running around.
