How EXACTLY do you get rewards from watching Twitch?

I have already linked my Twitch account with Hi-Rez because I have the Ying mirror.
I'm watching Twitch here https://www.twitch.tv/paladinsgame and the Twitch bot even says to link your account to get rewards. Also I am following the channel.
However after 3+ days of leaving it up ~16 hours a day I've still gotten nothing.
I'm aware that if you do win something you will get a message under the whisper thing and of course receive it in game.
Here's my questions dealing with the browser (Firefox) version of Twitch:

1. Does the tab with the Twitch channel need to be the one selected? Like can I go internet surfing on other tabs?
2. If it does need to be on the tab at all times, does the Firefox window with that tab need to be in focus? In other words can I play a game at the same time?
3. Sometimes the paladinsgame channel is hosted by another streamer and at the top of the chat there's a window asking if you want to watch that streamer on their channel. Am I supposed to go to their channel, stay on paladinsgame channel, or does it not matter?

I just want to make sure I'm not doing something wrong, hence my questions about how exactly you're supposed to watch it. Is it because I'm not actually watching it, it's just running in the background, that I'm not winning? Some sites can tell that.

And i can say for sure some Addblocker are blocking the rewards.

You can still get rewards from the bot eventhough afk while they streaming. Believe me it happened to me before.

Yea I have adblock disable. So It's just my incredible bad luck kicking in?

Yes. Once I left stream through night during esports and nothing. Next time I got 3 chests in couple hours.

I used to have a seperate set-up just running twitch 24 hours just to get the rewards, you can get them even if you're afk

hirezlootbox dont drop to me for ages...and also the radiant chest reward supposed to give me x3 chest but i can only earn one..same for everybody else it seems

PS pretty sure loot dont drop for ages or its broken since many people in chat also didnt earn loot for ages now
