I think it's intentional. I mean, seriously. Lex's custom smiley face Taunt is very similar to Lucian's smiley face Taunt.

Yes, although he is a Lucian ripoff, I'd like to see him get a Star Wars themed skin. Maybe just blaster pistols and some kind of armor, but I guess it mustn't be a clone armor because of the copyright...
However, if they already managed to copy Lucian from League of Legends, they could do a Star Wars ripoff as well! :DD
