99% Completion bug?

I'm stuck at 99% completion (yet again... I need to stop trying to 100% indie games, they're usually bugged).

Destroying all of the fountains on Fountain Park gave me, hilariously, a pile-of-poo decal instead of the decal I was supposed to unlock.

For that reason I'm not able to unlock the real decal and I'm stuck at 99%.

Any help?

Same problem here. Got the achievement for breaking the fountains and everything, but no decal so I'm stuck at 99% completion. I tried breaking all the fountains a second time but that didn't help - thought I'd try it since I had to pick up the Tropico easter egg multiple times for that to register as well.

Yeah, I tried it several times. Didn't take. Pretty damn pointless.

Yes, that happens to me too.
I even tried resetting progress and unlocking all again thinking i missed something.
But that did not fix it.
If anyone knows a solution, please let me know.

The Nintendo Switch version of this game is also affected by this bug.

I found a way to get it!

If you happen to have a rooted Android device and the Android version of the game, copy your PC save file located at "<Steam-folder>\userdata\<Steam-ID>\443860\remote\user.dat" to your device. Then, using a file manager, rename it to "user" and move it to "/data/data/com.vectorunit.silver.<app-store>/files/". Launch the game, destroy all fountains on Fountain Park and hooray, you achieved 100% completion!
Finally, copy the "user" file to your internal storage root or the Download folder, for example, and copy it back to your PC! Back it up too, of course.

Or how about providing 100% save file if anyone else done this process?
