I'm sure Mel owns plenty of shirts but his segments are perhaps not shot and released chronologically. Perhaps an exciting announcement is hidden underneath?

So the Epic exclusivity doesn't really matter because they weren't carrying tables over even if they stayed on Steam. People are either fine rebuying tables or they aren't.

Quite cheeky of Zen to publicize on Steam a stream to announce the game will be... skipping Steam.

Oh well, I guess this marks my farewell to Zen's games.
It's a bit disappointing the existing, vast, Steam pinball community means so little to Zen, but you know what, if a company doesn't want my money, it's their loss.
I can't really get too upset, when I can easily find plenty of alternative ways to spend my money on. And owning most of the classic pinball tables Zen will release as "new" on other games, I can't say I'm lacking alternative digital pinball content to play.

We wanted to share the show here too, in order to be honest about it as it affects everyone. We know that this is not great news for you, but just staying silent in the background without informing everyone isn't something we wanted to do.

Was there any consideration to having a true sit down interview on the exclusive decision, clearly explaining why it was chosen to abandoned the current customer base on Steam? Or was there any talks with parent company Saber Interactive to help avoid going the exclusive route so not to anger the customer base.

Current customers, especially those who have been supporting you a long time deserve to know the exact truth to why they are now being tossed aside for what could be up to two years depending on when the new FX releases.

Please pass along to the high ups that they really need to address the hatred Zen Studios is now facing with an interactive livestream and explain themselves.

Is there really anything to discuss though? We all know Epic throws devs a whole bunch of cash for exclusivity. Allegedly enough money so that it pretty much guarantees a game makes it's budget back even if they don't sell a single copy on another store. It's also using Unreal Engine which has even more financial incentives on the EGS.
