Report a translation problem
The Isle of Siptah is a different map, completely separate from the Exiled Lands. You can play either map with the saves in one game not affecting the saves in the other, but you can't travel between the two. They are basically two separate games.
And, what the 'poster' above did not explain about the 'bazaar' is that the complete set DLC prices there are double to quadruple the price of the old school (Steam) DLCs.
The "transfer" is actually a copy. E. g. you won't loose the character on exiled lands.
and no , it's part of free update.
