i know the AI in this game is bad, but not that bad.
As for pets or thralls not fighting otherwise, i've yet to see this occur, and I collect so many thralls/pets that my play companion has to constantly remind me that we have too many everywhere. They all still fight.
generally only one follower does any attacking, the rest just stand there.
if i understand him correctly hes not talking about npcs set to [guarding] hes talking about ones that you set to [following]. usually only the first one you pick will attack, the others just sit there snarling or yelling obscenities and not attacking lol.
oh i don't have problems with that either, i run around with 3 panthers and they all attack. i tell you his problem 99% sure some mod that makes em go limp.
I've had that issue as well, giving them a mace fixs that for some reason at least for me it does
Thats just for MY owned thralls.
Enemy ai often - chases much further than they should, teleport hops around during combat, doesnt get stunned/staggered/knocked down ect. And mid combo with any weapon just stutters/appears behind me or to either side out of range of the combo.
I sincerely hope Conan Ai is fixed, and soon. I came back because of sorcery so I cant speak to what the ai was like prior to 3.0 (gone for a year or so) but if the ai was fixed i honestly believe this would be a Top Tier Game again.
