allright, for the slow and ignorant ones, once again:
Funcom caused a bug at their backend which turned the crom coin balance negative for some players. They have recognized the bug, have fixed the root issue on the backend and many players have already been unbanned again as well as their balance fixed. But some apperantly still aren't.
That's what this topic is about. Nothing about cheating or anything like that. If you don't believe me, take a look at the official forum, maybe you get enlightened there. ;)

If you have not filed a ticket with the Help Center after 4:30 PM EST US time, then you need to file another one. They will restore your account.

Cheers that worked also i thought my pc had issues even disabbled my integrated gpu turns out you confirmed steam is not only slow for me LOL... I restarted my pc like 3 times clearing every cache and browser my bad!!!!

im not banned, its about the principle that when a publisher bans player from singleplayer content they should make a ticket
