not on official. there are mods for that though.

an alternative is to illusion a helmet to something like a jeweled circlet, the royal armor head piece is like a headband, and theres a few masks that hide most of the face but leave hair flowing in the wind

I guess there is still no hide helm option .. why there isn't one is beyond me.. in pretty much all other games i have played there has been the option

Guess ill have to use the workshop mod to be able to hide my helm then that was posted in another thread i just found

you can use the illusion transmog, real helmet + earring / headband / eyepatch
