gibt es eine Option in den Einstellungen oder eine Mod damit ich meine Kämpfer zur Bewachung meiner Base näher zusammenstellen kann?

Bin nicht sicher ob dies eine Lösung für dich ist, aber vielleicht hilft dir der sehr gute Mod "Less Building Placement Restrictions" ein wenig weiter.
Unter anderem bringt man Follower dichter zusammen, viel näher an Bauteile und Gegenstände wie Wände, Zäune, Werkbänke, ....
Dies gibt deinen Leibeigenen mehr Platz am selben Ort.

The base game has a setting ThrallExclusionRadius=100 in ServerSettings.ini (default is 500, the value of 100 allows you to place them next to each-other), but yes, the mod mentioned above also has that feature
