is there a level cap?

my friends and i are all capped at level 60. it says im like 1 mil out of 1.6 mil experience gained until next level but it hasn't moved in a couple days and im not sure what to do to gain more. ive fought new enemies and done more objectives from the journey and nothing seems to be working. is this a bug?

There is a cap, and it is at level 60. From that point on you stop gaining experience points (and so stop gaining attribute points), but you can still gain new feat points by finding and using fragments of power (10 feat points each, or if you acquire the recipe from the Archives, 5 can be used to create an item that grants 60 feat points).

The cap is 60 but if you are still wanting to unlock additional feats, you can do so by making Tablets of Power.

The game just starts when you get to 60...then you get to catch and level thralls & pets, explore, gain new feats using fragments at the library, etc. Basically lvling after 60 doesn't need to happen. Some people use hacks to get higher lvls though.

The reason is they have potions to respec your skills and feats if you want to change builds. Otherwise you'll just end up godmode...might as well just go there now if you need hacks to be the powerful one with lvl 300 and stats maxed.
