Can also have different outfits for different Tier level of the thrall.
To top it off you can use it on yourself to give you the look of a armour you like but wear another that is better.

Ya not sure where Raih is getting their information, but it's wrong. Fashionist has ran very successfully on servers with 70 populations that are at full capacity on a regular basis, for some time now.
Right now the thrall dressing bench is disabled due to the latest patch until they can get it updated.

the manequinn is only to showcase the current armor. you need the Fashionist Mirror to change it
it also works for crafters. create a shard and use it in the crafting station with the thrall to change in the thrall slot of the station
