DLC Not unlocked in game!!?

I bought all the DLC Today!
It say they are Installed and Active on steam and in-game it say they are Purchased!
Yet I can not Unlock any DLC content in-game!
I tried Restarting Steam, Reinstalled the game, nothing work!
Please help!

test it on single player, give you the max level (60), then try unlocking the feat

I also tried that! no Luck!
Cant spawn(as Admin) in any of the items either!

Most of the DLC content doesn't unlock until you unlock the regular item that is similar to it. Have you done that?

I used "admin powers" to give me max lvl and enough point so I could learn everything, but the DLC stuff was still "Red" an unavailable!

BE ADVICE: Steam bug, not only for this game, but for almost ALL games with mods. Google it. Not fun.

the DLC stuff are not mods, but you might have mods that are stopping you from unlocking it and you should not need to wait until you are level 60 either. If you can make equal quality items that you can make the same level in the DLC stuff.

If you can make light armor then you should be able to make the light DLC stuff, I have all the DLC and this is how it works in my games..

Just make sure it says in your steam library that the DLC is installed. When you click on the game there should be a box in the middle of your library showing the content for the game you own. If it's not installed there, it won't work in game. Simply tick the boxes and they should start to download.

Yes it say "Installed" on steam, it always has!

I unsubbed on all my mods and Reinstalled the game for a fresh start!

When I get to the main menu it say (under dlc) purchased on all DLC!

When I start singelplayer I still cant unlock any of the DLC content and when I exit to the main menu, it no longer say purchased on my DLC!?

Buy it, restart the game. Buy the REQUISITE FEATS first, they should be available. If they aren't and you're playing solo, then restart your computer.

Make sure the DLC are checked when you click on the game in your Steam library. Happens frequently that when I buy a DLC after it releases (but oddly not when I buy it before release) it will do this...and the reason is that Steam assumes I want the game to launch without it.

Even if the DLCs are checked might be helpful to UNCHECK them, and then toggle them back on just for assurance sake.

Yeah I'm having this issue right now and there google is returning nothing but dead end posts and threads. Also noticed that none of my achievements are unlocking either.

So far validation has failed.
Trying full re-installing atm... all 2 hours of waiting for it.
Will update.

Update: Reinstalling did not work.

SOLVED!!!
This fix is for people who are both hosting a dedicated server and playing on it from the same pc.

Your need to create a server start .bat and have -MULTIHOME in it
where I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up was not having proper syntax
e.g. my file now reads

ConanSandboxServer.exe -log -MULTIHOME=192.168.1.100 -nosteam


before it only had
ConanSandboxServer.exe -log -MULTIHOME -nosteam
so my issues is the original guide I followed didn't mention adding in the IP of the host pc,

Hopefully this will save someone the hours and aggravation I had to go through.
