NPC Girls have a beard???

I joined my private GAme after 2 Month and Now most of my NPC Girls have Beards???

WTF how can i fix this without catch new Thralls?

I also saw that the Mirror is up to date too, so you are right. IQoL is highly customizable tough, you can switch off everything you don't want, including the minimap and the gui changes. And changing thrall appereance is a right click away, no feats to be learned, item to be crafted, and so on.

i installed some mods like quality of life on SP and had the option to give women facial hair. For some reason during the character creation it fixed itself on its own.

I dont know if this is a thing on official servers, but I doubt it.
