I am trying to do my best to optimize the performance of my game and my small, private server. any tips and insights are appreciated.

You need to look at LBPR's workshop page for a proper load order. I mention it a few times on this thread too. Right now it's very far off. You pretty much have the exact opposite of what it should be.

Exiled_lands_improved.pak

Put this very early in your load order. It doesn't have it's Enum setup to be compatible with other mods. IE, make sure that Warrior Mutator, Javelin Improved, Emberlight, and AoC all go after it (since all 4 mods have it set up to be mod compatible).

Pickup +

I suggest using Unlock Plus. Pickup + has issues with Follower pickup, where as Better Thralls works correctly. Testerle also makes sure to make Unlock Plus compatible with his mods.

Conclusion

Your load order needs a lot of work. LBPR towards the bottom as discussed on the workshop page, Pickup + (or Unlock Plus) after that.

I'm becoming a broken record. Read through the any of previous posts on this thread on where LBPR should be in the load order. Or look at the workshop page for it.

Thanks Multigun; I get that LBPR needs to be a certain place in the load order but I was asking if anything beyond that needed any changes. As I've been dealing with rubberbanding, and even people suffering "Failed Authentication"

You have several large mods. Savage Steel 1 and 2, Warrior Mutator, AoC, Emberlight. People with weaker computers are going to get failed authentication errors because they simply cannot handle it. You need to look at reducing your mod size down a good size amount for starters.

And again, LBPR is in the wrong place (so is Pickup +). Won't affect connection errors, but will affect things down the road with weird bugs and the like.

I moved them both to the bottom like suggested earlier in the discussion, and updated the list post. You can check it if you'd like. --and yeah I've noticed I've got some pretty beefy mods in here been trying to compromise on which to keep and which not to keep in the end.

Im not sure what tutorial is, it looks like the endgame weapons mod? I cant read it from the pak files. But peragon level should be higher up, the cam should be above stacksize and QoL and AoC should be second to the top.
