I love when people try to pronounce Claidheamh Mòr. It's always "Claid-heim more" or something like that. Generally people mispronounce most if not all of the Medic items, because they're generally in German.

It means claymore, but it's pronounced clay-F-more.

Incidentally, here's another handy guide - for any items in TF2 with the world "Gaelic" in the name, it's pronounced Gah-lick. Not Gay-lick. The second one refers to the Irish language, not the Scottish one.
