You're thinking of the Surgeon's Stahlhelm.
My worst craft was the anger, just because i think the hat looks ugly, been trying to sell it for a while now.

worst craft that ugly heavy toupé
Worst craft: Used 3ref. Got an infernal ochestra (the day pyroland came out)
Tip to people who are interseted in crafting. To minimise loses, buy crafted hats for 1 ref and craft them together so that you dont lose so much. And if you can,, sell the hats you dont want on tf2wh. But its still better to use them to craft again. Why? Cause its fun, and you just night get an expensive hat. BUT keep track of how much you earn or lose. Once you hit near the losing line, you should stop crafting and get more hats thru drops and buying thru 1 ref.
That isnt exactly worst, back then it was worth a lot. If you sold it then, you would get some profit
