Okay, really. Find a koth_lakeside_event server, kill Merasmus, go in the portal, get the skull hat thing, happy ending.

Better answer. Make your own koth_lakeside_event server, then go into the console and enter "noclip"

Because you don't screw around on MvM and halloween maps when your connection to servers go offline.
