I got the 'BarbeQueQ' achievement with less than 6 hours on playtime. lol

no, just from bots/scam accounts/ people who never really played the game at all not playing enough to unlock it. decreasing the percentage
i got it in like ~2 hours of playtime on my main account when i was 10

Out of the 520 achievements in TF2, there are 76 that are more common than the BarbeQueQ achievement, so it's not that rare.
