Bubbling.

Cancer-tier, almost unnoticeable, and pretty unfitting for any hat.

Nuts'n'Bolts and bubbling. Bubbling would be lower than NnB though. Though NnB is super bad, like Run said, barely noticeable and it is just ugly.

Course, it is completely subjective, one of the worst effects in my opinion and not objectively based on the community would be plasmas, downright ugly looking.

Yeah, Bubbling by far. Smoking/Steaming are decent low tier effects for Pyro hats, and NnB is a respected low tier effect for Engineer, but Bubbling doesn't ever work.

I honestly would have to say the confetti effects are the worst. Even bubbling can be themed well with the bubble pipe.

Bubbling is worth more then nuts and bolts but bubbling imo is ♥♥♥♥.Doesn't fit and not that noticable.Nuts and bolts has a weird feel where ya can spot it and aint that bad,plus fits engineer alot

Well, it isn't really about theme, it is just about overall looks in general.

I've seen people make confetti work by painting miscs to match their unusual effect color. Not a huge fan of confetti myself though. If I had a choice between an all class unusual with Bubbling or Confetti, though, I'd probably take confetti.

I think the only way to describe my love for P. Fetti hats would be to photoshop the cocaine bear picture to consist of nothing but purple confetti instead of snow.

Nuts & Bolts to me is quite unnoticable if you look at a player with the effect from a medium range (engi hats tho). Bubbling is not actually that bad though, I kind of like it.
