Grappling Hook Command?

I want to know if there is a command to enable grapple hooks on servers.

awesome, that's why some servers have grappling hook's (on some custom servers)

im still waiting for someone to make an attack on titan server where they have the boss command and reskin to look like a titan and the grappling hooks well you can figure it out

that or a map where it's just an obstacle course the bottom is instant death and you can race people

Haha i enabled it on my servers. On Rocket jump, All trade and then on our UGC server :P
Its great! Already working on the plugin and currently customizing the damage it does, going to have a gamemode where its jsut grappling hooks with 1 shot kills!

That sounds OP. I prefer going on a private server, enabling infinite uber, and riding clueless bots. Fun times...

That sounds OP. I prefer going on a private server, enabling infinite uber, and riding clueless bots. Fun times...

Yeah is currently only on the Trade server. But having it so i have a menu popup for admins and easy to tap a button for whatever damage they want, easy to toggle if players dont want it on :)

How did you guys enable the grappling hook? My server has enabled the grappling hook convar and the powerup one. Still doesn't work. People spawn ubercharged, but can't fire grappling hooks.

Just go into your web console.
*Type in your rcon password
*then type "tf_grapplinghook_enable 1" without the " "
*Reset server or cfg file.
*Change class/equipt it :D
*Grapple away.

I just entered the commands. Grappling Hooks are glitchey by themselves, it took me 20 minutes just to equip it when I first started out.

Wow really? Not very glitchy for me, got a whole server with 32 people running around and grappling everywhere. Just gotta change class and the notification pops up.
