Be patient, it wouldn't be Scream Fortress if it wasn't the week of Halloween in October, would it? For now, continue on with the game, Scream Fortress will begin soon, I'm confident Valve is aware.

Have I been deceived? Was it not the last day of October?

Serious mode: Valve needs time to prepare. They can't just whip up something special for a month when there's other things to do (such as other updates).

grrrr i wrote the "why not all of october" instead of writing "title"

does anyone know the date when it begins? several responses but no answer.

i only play scream fortress. i don't have time for regular old tf2 anymore :(

Varies. I'd say the event usually begins in days 24-28

If you have access to the game, your statement has lost it's creditibility. Instead of stating that you can't play regular TF2 anymore, you could of at least stated that you're only in the mood to play Scream Fortress yet for standard TF2, not so much. Not attempting to be offensive, yet you have to be specific enough for others to understand.

well, read what you quoted. i said i don't have time for regular tf2, not that I can't play it.

you changed my entire wording then complained about the new version of my post that you created in your head.

in october, i make time to play special halloween themed games because I love the holiday and time of year. october is just a great month.

I don't usually have time to squeeze games into my schedule like left 4 dead and tf2, costume quest, zombie driver, etc.

yeah they need WAYYY LONGGGG TIME to prepare
but it is valve, so to them 1 year is about 1 week giver take 2

The past events have started from anywhete between october 26-29.
