It wasn't Strange and Vintage, just Vintage. Still pretty nice though I suppose.
Only mentioned it because it was the first time I ever saw someone using a Razorback in any quality that isn't standard/unique.
Also, I don't think I've ever seen a Sniper Melee in strange quality, apart from Stock.
I'd imagine there'd be a couple of the "higher tiered" hats, sorta the "hale's own hat's" by now.
Vintage weapons are pretty rare to come by in pubs it looks like.

Basically the map (or server) spawns in a few bots called puppet bots. These bots are 100% controllable and customizable.
so long as you dont remove the hat you get the points
i was on a server once where the bots were in the center and the slightest tap would kill them
and it counted stranges since i was healing a guy and he got a saxton hale's own boston basher in about 5 min
