How can i get a 2nd haunted scrap metal?

I think it was 2 years ago when i was still a f2p I didnt have much space in my Bp so I was deleting most of my items then i got this achivement called ,,Gore'' and got the haunted metal and me being new i didnt know what to do with this scrap metal so i deleted it d: 2 years later i watch vids of this cool looking sword that i didnt have so i looked it up in the crafting and saw what this metal was used for. if anyone knows how to get this metal again plz tell me.

i think you can get achievement's items only once (i tried to win a second haunted book from an event)

You can't earn achievement items an 2nd time, contact Steam Support, they should be able to grant you an extra copy.

Can't you find it randomly as a drop though? Don't you gotta melee kill the Horseless Headless Horseman?

Maybe if you want it badly, reset your achivments?

i readed on the tf2 wiki that achievement items can only be got once per account

There is no way to earn a second one or have your previous one restored. HOWEVER you can trade for one using gift wrap, I actually obtained a 4th piece of Haunted Metal Scrap earlier today via trading.

I already crafted it but I can still tell you the price, which depends on who supplies the gift wrap needed to trade it.

* If you supply the gift wrap - 1 refined. Note: Some people "selling" the Haunted Metal Scrap and asking you to supply the gift wrap are actually gift wrap scammers who will take the gift wrap and run leaving you with nothing.
* If the seller supplies the gift wrap - 1 key.

I used the first one to get my second Haunted Metal Scrap, and the second one for my fourth Haunted Metal Scrap.

Also some people will claim their untradable Haunted Metal Scrap is worth 2 buds, it isn't. The rare tradable glitch version is worth 2 buds, not the untradable one.

Alternately you can create a second account, add $5 to it, buy the gift wrap from the Mann Co store, thus upgrading your alt's Steam account and TF2 profile, go to a server where the Headless Horsemann spawns and reearn the Haunted Metal Scrap and then use the gift wrap to trade it to your main account (when the 1 week trading cooldown ends on the gift wrap). That is how I got my third Haunted Metal Scrap.

well, if you make a second account, you can go on to a server that gives you all achievements by typing in !givemeall. Then, you can trade for a gift wrap and trade it to your other account.

You can no longer trade or gift wrap untradable items. Also, check the original date.
