How to craft Ap-Sap?

Is there a way to get the Ap-Sap other than trade or drop? I can't find anyone to trade with for it, and I have a crap ton of unused weapons to craft with. Or if you have one to give away, I will be very generous to trade

You can use a Scrap Metal, a Class Token and a Weapon Token.
Scrap Metal + Spy Token + PDA1 Token. Then you can try your luck.

The only way to get the sapper is by trading for one or buying one. It is not craftable nor droppable.

The Ap-Sap comes compliementry if you buy a physical copy of Portal 2: Songs to Test By. There's a code included inside that gives you the Ap-Sap in TF2 and some Portal-themed items for Dota 2.

There's a better way: go to the Mann Co. Store and try out the Ap-Sap for one week. It'll cost you nothing, and you can repeat this indefinitely.

You don't get it from buying Portal 2; you get it for buying the physical CD of the Portal 2 soundtrack: Songs to Test By. Or by just buying it off the Mann Co. Store.
