i would love to see a strange short circuit in the game but it doesnt apear to exist???

This is the only way I can see it happen, really.

It would probably be also added as a strangifier, to dodge legal stuff (the short circuit is a promo for Deus Ex: Humam Revolution after all) and to give people with collectors short circuits the chance to have strange proffesional killstreak collectors short circuit.

I wouldn't buy it, because it would be as much a vanity item as the strange atomizer, it's a loadout slot that dosen't rack up kills except in artificial situations and is mainly for getting you in position to kill with another weapon, in this case by keeping you and your sentry alive.
