Holiday Restriction: Halloween / Full Moon

So I have a item and in read it says Holiday Restriction: Halloween / Full Moon, so that means it wont show up on my body under cosmetics because its restricted? i see it in class select but not when i taunt.

You can check your Halloween items in your loadout screen, however it will not shows up if the server doesn't have Full Moon activated or in Halloween event.

It will only show on full moons and during the week before halloween. One can also use an eternaween spell to transform the server into a halloween server.

Some servers always have haloween mode on, you can tell becuase when you taunt there's a chance for you to do a brief dance.

Also, I can not have anything else in my invontory, its full, i cant buy anything frim the steam marketplace, but i did buy a backpack expander, should that fix it?

to become premium you must buy something from the IN GAME mann co shop not the community market.Premium gives you 300 more item slots for a total of 350 and with the backpack expander you will have enough for a life time

Full Moon is a 48 hour event that happens once a month (actually every 29 days so it can happen twice a month at the very beginning and end of it).
The Halloween event is about a week and a half long event around Halloween (obviously).

Full Moon / Halloween restricted means no one can see the item unless one of those events is active.

Forget about the backpack expander.Did you buy ANYTHING from the MANN CO shop that is IN Game?Because you wont be able to get any hats or have them droped or to be able to craft them

If you want to use your halloween items might i suggest skial servers? They always have halloween mode on so all cosmetics are useable.

dont go on skial servers they players have a extremely low skill level

If I am not mistaken, you can call a vote to temporary active halloween in the server, which will allow you to use your halloween itens.
