Hey i used my cloack and dagger to craft your eternal reward and i want it back but can i find it or craft it somehow and can i trade for it? if yes for crafting can someone help me craft it

Don't craft weapons, it's a waste of metal/weapons. Craft extra weapons into scrap and trade those for new weapons.

But to answer your question, yes, you can find another Cloak and Dagger, either through drops or trading.

Actually you might as well get that out of the way first. C&D is one of the cheapest weapons to buy and you'll need to buy at least one item to gain premium.

Just wait. You might find it again in a random drop.
You find a bunch of random items every week, most commonly random weapons or crates.

Or find someone and trade for it. Its a completely basic item that only costs 1 scrap metal.

Hell, someone might even give it to you for 1 other random weapon, which equates to 0.5 Scrap.

Or go to scrap.tf and buy it there.

Or buy it officially from the Valve shop (not reccomended. Ridiculously overpriced).
