How much are key's and TOD tickets worth?

I figured eh why not, keys are at their highest in value (or so i heard) and TOD sucks ass now with all the newbies/airheads. last i heard keys were worth 10 ref and TOD tickets were 2.44 ref am i correct? unless the price flucuated AGAIN!!!!
