Kill Streak wrangler?
So I saw on the market a pro kill streak wrangler? does this give you the eye effect because I know if you have a killstreak wrench it counts the kill if you wrangle kill but when you deploy the wrangler with a 10 killsteak you don't get the same eyes

So basically I was wondering if I had a pro killsteak wrangler will it show my eyes effect if I switched to the wrangler and had a 5 or 10 streak

Yes it would give you the eye effect if you have an active killstreak and make it your active weapon.

Is there a fabricator for it?
If you kill someone with a wrangled sentry then, on the killfeed, it shows that you killed them with Wranger. So yes, it will count

Not sure about that. It was probably created out of bugged killstreak kits that could be applied to eveything

Are you still able to create this fabricator like kit?

No.

They were.

I think you misunderstand OP's question (or maybe I do?). The question isn't whether Wrangled kills with a Killstreak Wrangler count towards a killstreak (they do), but rather whether the eye effects one a Pro. KS Wrangler will appear when the Wrangler is the active weapon (they will).

EDIT:

You can still complete glitched fabricators and still used glitched kits, the only issue is that they are extremely rare/expensive and have a limited availability.

These kits are no longer available but you might find some of them on Steam Market or other trading sites. They are super expensive, though

I think we're both right there. I said tha it most likely counts towards killstreak, and if it does, then it's obvious that the particle effect will appear. It always appears, no matter what weapon Killstreak is on. What might not (and probably will not) appear is the sheen on the weapon

It likely will, I own several weapons with glitch killstreak kits applied to them, sheens appear on all of them.

If sheens appear on all of those they'll probably appear on the Wrangler.

Maybe it works on all weapons. I think I saw a talk about a Prof KS Unusual Hat and how the sheen didn't appear, because it was glitched or something

That is because cosmetics don't typically support sheens, however the Bonk Helm because it has Bonk! cans on it, and Bonk! is a weapon does have the sheen appear on it, but the sheen only appears on the cans and nothing else.

Dream hat found alert
Uh oh, necro! Anyway, reskinned wranglers also display a visible sheen on them. I checked the item schema before I tried it on a Giger Counter, and have gone on some test runs with it too.
http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198050192159/inventory/#440_2_4201378975 To answer the question about if they count the wrangled sentry kills to display the eye effect, they actually don't unless you have a killstreak wrench equipped.
