How do I unlock the cloak and dagger?

I believe you can gain it as an achievement item through completing the Spy Milestone 2 achievement.

Yes, I believe it's what WoLfenstin said. Although achievement items are one of a kind in the sense that they say that they are an achievement item in their description, and can only be obtained once. I'd recommend not crafting an achievement CnD into a YER unless you don't care about the one of a kind achievement item.

You can find both the CnD and Your Eternal Reward as random drops or you could just trade for them: https://scrap.tf/

You can earn a Cloak and Dagger as an achievement item but achievement items are untradable and crafting with untradable items produces more untradable items so I wouldn't recommend it.

I have completed the challenge already and crafted it how can I make the etternal reward now?

a) the Cloak and Dagger is both an achievement Item, and you can get it in a random drop
b) the Eternal Reward also drops quite frequently
c) If you're Not using the Cloak and Dagger, you're prob using the Dead Ringer, which is for STUPID Spies -- Learn how to Assassinate Properly
