That's not moderately rich. Anything you transmute will be untradable, uncraftable, AND be halloween restricted. But by all means, throw all your items in the trash if you insist.

You can't trade the items you get from transmuting.

Not everything will be halloween restricted. I got a Crone's Dome and Sir Hootsalot from transmutes, which are both able to be worn all year round.

You only get non-tradeble haloween items, and they're not that worth if you plan to use vintages and stranges.
Transmute only haloween items you got to spare.

I traded in 3 crappy halloween items for a Crone Dome. If you have crap untradable + uncraftable stuff then go ahead.

This is what I recommend too. I transmuted three duplicate Helltower items and got a non-duplicate Helltower item. So that's a good use of transmutation... though the thing I got was still pretty lame, so I might just transmute it away too.

1) The items you get from transmuting are untradable, the transmuting feature even tells you this.
2) The items you get from transmuting are "classic" Halloween items, i.e. the old ones which have Halloween restrictions*.
3) The only* non-restricted ones are the NEW items, i.e. the ones that were just released in the case and which can only be uncased with a key.

*Minor note that a handful of classic Halloween items don't have restrictions, like the Crone's Dome, Executioner, Coffin Kit, and Bat Outta Hell, but most do.

I just transmuted all the weapon skins I got from the gun mettle campaign that I never ever use. Felt much more worth it than trade up contracts.

I've done it 12 times so far and it was worth.

If you have tons of untradeable trash from the previous three Halloweens, transmutation is a huge boon.

If all you have is stuff you can actually sell or trade, it's a loss.

transmutated 3 other non-craftable non-tradable halloween items... got one of them back. So I practically deleted 2 halloween items XD
