Not everything will be halloween restricted. I got a Crone's Dome and Sir Hootsalot from transmutes, which are both able to be worn all year round.
Transmute only haloween items you got to spare.
This is what I recommend too. I transmuted three duplicate Helltower items and got a non-duplicate Helltower item. So that's a good use of transmutation... though the thing I got was still pretty lame, so I might just transmute it away too.
2) The items you get from transmuting are "classic" Halloween items, i.e. the old ones which have Halloween restrictions*.
3) The only* non-restricted ones are the NEW items, i.e. the ones that were just released in the case and which can only be uncased with a key.
*Minor note that a handful of classic Halloween items don't have restrictions, like the Crone's Dome, Executioner, Coffin Kit, and Bat Outta Hell, but most do.
If all you have is stuff you can actually sell or trade, it's a loss.
and they arent halloween restricted
