if you just want a v half zatoichi, trade for it
if you cant find its id then your stuffed
and why u want that same item, just get a "new" 1/2 z (or just a norm one, there nice and cheep)
If backpack.tf or TF2 Items scanned it you just need to check the historical view of your inventory to find the item ID, if Outpost scanned it you would need to check all 3592 Vintage Half Zatoichis on Outpost's item histories.
Also the name doesn't matter since custom names can be removed or changed.
I just checked Backpack.tf for you, the earliest scan for you is March 2014[backpack.tf], so that option is out.
