CAN'T Shoot while Moving ? !!!

I started played team fortress 2 in a laptop HP window 8 when i playing offline or Online . i walk but i cannot shoot while moving and when i try soldier i want to rocket jump but i can't . i just jump and aim my rocket launcher but im only jumping the rocket launcher doesn't want to shot PLEASE HELP ME 😓😓

Check your settings.

00_01_02_03_04_05_06_07_08_09_10 has Team Fortress 2

Do you use the laptop's built in mouse, also known as a trackpad? That could be the problem. You see, it's not possible to move & shoot on a built in laptop mouse. Trust me because I used a trackpad for a long time & it's just straight out not possible. All I can say is get a destop mouse & you're in trouble. :/

no Im using touchpad In , i didn`t havea any mouse

If you use a keyboard, your touchpad is disabled, and vice versa. You need a mouse.
You've got to be insanse trying to play a shooter with a touchpad.
