It appears he wants a strange version of the second banana. The second banana is an unlockable food item that the heavy weapons guy from the hit videogame team fortress 2 is able to use as a substitute for his shotgun. This banana restores less health in one go than the sandvich does, but it also has considerably faster cooldown time making it more or less favorable to some players. Although if you have a medic already it is a better option to use the sandvich instead as it restores more health than the banana when picked up by your medic friend. I also forgot to mention the second banana was added in the jungle inferno update as a consolation prize for heavy losing the update vote event.

Only if Valve add another crate to the game, the second banana isn't the only item that needs a strange version.

We haven’t had a crate in this game for years now. Would be nice to have weapons in strange form again
